I was a former employee I had my truck worked on I was having it payroll dedication done had My driver side headlight fixed n now my battery is draining I had my tires replaced a very slow leak n when they did the headlight they did something under my dash of my truck my code scanner isn't working I would like it fixed the right wayBusiness response

This is the first we have heard about any issues with the tires and other work performed. The repairs in question were performed 4/24/2024. If there were issues with the work we did, the employee was working for us through May 30, 2024. This should have provided ample time to identify any issues with the repairs we performed, which we would have taken care of should we have done anything wrong. It is a 17 year old vehicle with over ******* miles, and very likely that any current issues are unrelated to the work we did.
As a favor to the employee, we allowed him to go on a payment plan in order to pay the balance owed. When employee was terminated on May 30, 2024, there was a balance still owed of $1,121.66. Until any balance owed on prior work is paid in full, we are not able to do any further work on this account.

Initially, I purchased this Jeep at ***************************** and back in August 2022, the engine light came on. So ******************* advised for me to take my car to Dellen Dodge Jeep for them to fix the issue. I was advised there was nothing wrong with the engine and turned the sensor off. Ok fine. Well a week later...it started to smoke and i was advised there was a leak and they will fix it. (Mind you they didn't see the leak the week prior) So then the car started jerking and all of sudden it will cut off...contacted the dealership and they said it was the coolant again....to bring it in for them to fix it. So we had to pay for a rental out of pocket. (not knowing they had to provide/pay for the rental) So I they "fixed it" again and guess what? It was smoking so bad, we went straight to the dealership. Come to find out the head gasket has blown (this was on September 2, 2022) and they had to keep the car. So we were already out of $200 when we had to rent the car before. So we contacted the extended warranty company and they advised us that the dealership is to contact them and provide a rental car! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! So i contacted the dealership and they kept lying and said they contacted the extended warranty company (not true) so i had to call them via three-way so we could get our rental. So they had our car until December 13, 2022 and guess what...it is December 27, 2022 and the car is smoking again!!!! This is outrageous. I work 45 minutes away from my house and it is too cold to deal with a non working car. I believe this is blatant RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION and I want to be compensated for the months I had to pay a car note for a car we did not have. Reimbursement for the rental and for pain and suffering. I expect for this to be resolved ASAP. I am on my way to the dealership to drop my car off. They are scammers and not fixing our car.
