This order was shipped out on 10/09/24 under *** tracking number 92612903029613543476761608 and is shown as successfully delivered by the carrier to the buyer's provided shipping address on "Tuesday, October 15 at 6:23 P.M. at IN/AT MAILBOX by ***************** ********, **". Per our company's policy and procedure, unfortunately due to this package being successfully delivered by the carrier to the buyer's provided shipping address, we are unable to take further action with the carrier.Customer response

Placed order via Sears.com for ********************* Light blue Pants at cost of $27.17 order # *********. The pants the marketplace seller (Bobbi + Bricka) sent ** was not light blue pants. We received light blue checkered design pants. We ordered and wanted a solid light blue pants. We never wear checkered design.We asked for prepaid return as soon as package opened on 4/28/23. ******* wanted us to pay for the return shipping. We advised them wont do that as they misdescribed and did not send us what we ordered. We never heard back so we contacted ***** via chat on 05/02. After a long (42 minute) chat supervisor ****** advised shipper, Bobbi + Bricka would send us prepaid return label. ******* sent us email a few days later advising prepaid return label attached but it was NOT!! We wrote to shipper twice on 05/04 advising them wed return item within a business day of receiving the prepaid return label they claimed was attached. They never responded!! We tried chatting with ***** again on 05/05/23 but they just referred us back to the shipper. Very poor customer service. This is taking a lot of our valuable time and the worse customer service this senior, disabled, combat veteran has ever experienced. Shipper is unreliable! Can you assist us in getting full refund of $27.17 and note our negative rating we have copies of emails and chats.
