In November of 2023 my wife and I called Summers Plumbing/Heating/Cooling to get an estimate to replace our kitchen faucet. Summers told us they charge $100 to come out and give us a quote and that the $100 could be applied to the final invoice if we decided to go forward. We agreed. After repeated calls to the person who came out (first name ******) who finally quit answering his phone or returning messages and then multiple calls to their office stating our grievance, we never received a quote. We ended up getting the job completed by another company. Finally the General Manager (from ************** believe) called me and agreed with our position and said a check would be sent out within 2 weeks. A month has gone by now with no check. We feel we can not trust this company to do what they say and more importantly, want to make sure this doesn't happen to others. It's a pretty sketchy business model to drive around collecting $100 checks just to walk thru someone's home and look at a needed home repair never to be heard from again.

We did come out to quote a job of replacing an older faucet on 11/29/2023 and were unable to help with the replacing of it. We were supposed to refund back $99 for our trip fee. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding, it does look like the paperwork was lost for the refunding of the $99 but that check has been sent out as of 4/26/2024 to the customer per our ********************** Branch manager.
