Been calling for days trying to reach someone and no one answers, Im not driving 2 hrs to ask questions

My teenager got a job at Great Times last week, and they wanted her to start immediately! She went to training Friday where she was taught by her trainer to use the register. She was then assigned on a shift Sunday where she was working register with a senior employee who kept leaving her alone, so she rang up some customers how they trained her (as she was never instructed not to do so).Later on in Sundays shift she was removed from the floor and taken to the managers office with 2 managers, 1 supervisor, and they brought in 2 police officers (1 IMPD and 1 ***************** were waiting. The 5 adults (4 men and 1 woman) started interrogating/harassing her on how she was breaching her employment contract, she wasn't allowed to work the register alone, questioned every transaction she took and if she touched any cash, etc. I apparently called during the time they had her pulled into the office with the police (as I thought her shift was already supposed to be over at that time), and they did not inform me they had her pulled into a room with the police.If you have a child who is a minor DO NOT allow them to work here. This company apparently only hires minors, and they run the store with intimidation tactics, threats, etc. My child also informed me that Great Times does not follow through on allowing the minors they hire to take the breaks required by law.

My daughter worked here from June of 2023 to August of 2023. She had some issues with the management staff. They told her to shut up, and wouldn't allow her to take a break even though she had been on the clock the longest. When she took my advice to call and speak to the *** they scheduled her a meeting to meet. When she got there to have this meeting to discuss the issues with them, she was fired. The management team is SOOOO MESSY, and I feel like it was retaliation for doing the right thing, and they did this in order to cover all their butts. I have been trying to find the owner so that I can reach out to them and let them know just how messy they are. If you or your child has worked there, been wrote up or fired, the management team has probably told other team members WHY. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. IF ANYONE READS THIS WHO IS THE ** OR A*** just know I won't stop here.
