Took care to discount auto repair previously on 8/12/2021 to check Problem with air conditioning noise On passenger side blowing hot air But driver side was good! Also business had done work for me in The past, so I trusted the business An believed hed stand on quality Work.. he put a compressor on when Im still having same problem? Took Jeep back an now hes saying I need A door blend actuator??? I asked why This same problem?? But hes stating Rigging up my jeep?? Stating unless You wanna pay *******?? Omg No way he stated he would do something an stated hed call back Ive called no response??Business response

This vehicle came in 8/12/2021 with A/C compressor clutch coming apart and making noise and the vehicle was leaking Freon. We replaced the compressor and recharged the A/C system. The customer left with ice cold air. The customer came back mid December 2021 and still had cold A/C but no heat on passenger side of vehicle. We found a plastic door inside the heater box behind the glove box that was broken. The only way to repair is to replace the entire heater box at a cost of $1,500.00. We explained to the customer that we can simply reach in behind the glove box and manually switch the door over and have heat. We did this for the customer that day at no charge and no diagnostic fees. We explained to her that if she was to come back to us in the spring, we would switch the door back over to have A/C and we would do this for her at no charge. The last time we spoke to customer is when we told her that we would look into a cheaper fix and call her the next day. The next morning she called and was rude to one of our employees and demanding a refund. We didn't find a cheaper solution. This is a common problem with these jeeps.

in which Im sending proof it needed a actuator
door blend ok but I needed another estimate
being a woman to be sure this was the problem
knowing ***** did work for me before on other vehicle.
I put trust in him,stating I needed a compressor.
So please tell me why im still having same problems?
an I had air on driver side when I brought jeep to
his shop..?but vague on passenger side. An to
address me being rude to worker no I simply
stated facts on issues an asked to speak to owner
