They charge for work NOT quoted.( Filing consumer complaint to dispute overcharge; not disclosed or quoted. )* No opportunity to decline / opt out. *- Refund WILL be coming from the shop / employee paychecks; as I will be filing a judgement / garnishment with the city. *Disputing Amount: $256.80 - Difference in charges.I came in yesterday for an AC compressor replacement; providing my own part with core. What I SHOULD HAVE paid, was the $147.70; as quoted & agreed.Instead, I was overcharged / milked for $404.50; leaving me with no option to decline or opt out until work completed.- This was for valve cover casket replacement; I provided the parts.I previously had the ***** valve cover gasket repaired / replaced by a mechanic- ******************** can confirm.* The front gasket was NOT damaged / nor discolored from any erosion. *Afterwards; I was questioned about starting problems; as they damaged / exposed wires near gasket during repair.I had them tape it up & make sure it would start & hold charge.- statement written is NOT elaborated correctly; fear of liability. They also damaged a spark plug; the outer protective covering was CRACKED!!!

The customer came in for work. Oil was everywhere due to valve covered gaskets malfunction. This caused some wires to be soaked in oil and they needed to be replaced. He asked the mechanic to tape up the wires with electrical tape because he couldn't replace them. He also had other work done that he deemed was more important then the wire is***. We advised the customer of all things that were wrong and If there was any is***s with the work performed the customer has a 6 month warranty on any work performed. The customer declined the warranty never bought the car back for the complaint that is claimed by the customer. We dont know what was the is*** was after he took the car and had another mechanic fix it.  We explained to him that he needed to bring the car back in so we could see what the is*** was he declined. The customer then proceeded to threaten and that he would *** the company. Any work performed on this vehicle the customer authorized and directed it to be done to his vehicle because he was there and present with the vehicle the whole time and also took the vehicle home after all work was performed.

Wiring damage from negligence during repair. ******* left resting on hot manifold while running; to listen to music. Shredded my main engine wiring harness; attempted to cover it up with electrical tape prior to questioning me about starting issues of which we never had. The vehicle would no longer start and stay running without further diagnosis. I managed to undo some tape that had wires crossed & was able to get off the property and bring it to my mechanic for evaluation. Upon his diagnosis; he noticed that the wires had been shredded in a manor that would be inconsistent with hot oil; as the shop had claimed for damage. This created a chain reaction of events that has since cost $3,000 to remotely correct. This also has taken away the alignment that we had done. The business denies a refund; when they accommodated a previous customer with a less severe issue. The business has contradicted their statement regarding warranty policy information; was told 30 days but they told BBB 6 months. They hire minorities to conduct work while they sit in the office clueless. Luckily I spoke Spanish. The owners may have accreditation issues concerning their institution of study has been shut down for fraudulent accreditation during investigation. The business could not make reasonable repairs without causing further damage; attorney advised to have the dealership replace or repair. I have witness statements from multiple mechanics being notarized for a $120 filing fee with legal aid.

We did work on the vehicle. The customer was there and knows exactly what was done. The customer then took the car home. When the complaints came I asked the customer to return so we can see what the problem was. He stated he didnt want to bring the car back in. He took the vehicle to some one else he stated. He stated he wants his money back. We have a warranty on all work and  I was not given the chance to see the complaint or correct the said issue. We spent are time and labor on this vehicle. So to take the car to someone and not let us even see the mistake we made. To then be able to determine if we should refund *** services we weren't given the chance and that was the customers decision ultimately.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response is false with reasonable doubt that they could not make repairs without causing damage. I have mechanic statements notarized and willing to testify on the matter.

I have consulted with an attorney that has FULL confidence in my claim; with documents to rule in my favor.

I will file against them in court & attach a suit to the BBB for improper investigations and repeat these complaints until payment has been received.

They hire minorities to conduct work they have to call for assistance with while having accreditation issues with investigations against their licensing school.

I will be calling Border Control or ICE.
