On 6-7-2023 I ************************* went out seeking on my own to purchase a vehicle needed ASAP to get to and from work. Unfortunately I saw ***** Auto Sales as I by passed them daily to go to work, I was talked into buying this 2013 Equinox, look good on the outside and has many many issues, they promised to fix it and repair, but was never there for me to drop it off, I was told to write the issue down, plus I had a Diagnostic done, showing engine miss fire, some o2 sensors problems, I gave the paper to them and wrote down on the back of it as asked, all the other issues, I did, and never could get work done on the vehicle, I gave them $1000 and a a old malibu, totally a $1,400 down payment, They got me to sign papers to make a payment of $225.00 on the 16th of 6-16-2020 this same month and another one on the 30th of this month, As you can see 30 days has not made it and no services on fixing the vehicle has not been done, I had not made the 16ths payment, my direct deposit was entered wrong by 1 digit, A check was mailed, which came on the 22nd, This poor business will not answer calls to be informed of nothing as to speak, nor make repairs as promised for the sale of the vehicle. On the 22nd of this month my camera caught a tow truck towing the vehicle away from my driveway at 6:26 am the same day my check came in the mail. I made the payment online and was told for towing, I NEEDED to pay $100.00 extra for towing, A TOTAL OF $ 325.00I ask where DO I pick up my vehicle, they told me IF I WANT IT, GO TO APPLEBEES PARKING LOT, ON *************** ************ which is where I had to go get it from (APPLEBEES PARKING LOT.) I did see a review about this car lot changing odometer readings and lying to wish TV 8 when they investigated the matter from another man whom did the carfax and saw the difference of that odometer reading, well I am still driving with a paper plate, I was advised by many times to take it back and request for my old car and money back, Due to not fulfilling what was said and coming to repo the vehicle and 30 days has not came, no response or reply to fixing repairs, and towing the VEHICLE, ESPECIALLY APPLEBEES PARKING LOT, I BELIEVE THAT IS REALLY BAD BUSINESS. PS. I DO HAVE A LOT OF PAPER WORK FROM THEM SERIOUSLY ***********************

I financed a vehicle in the beginning of May 2022 that started having issues. My vehicle went to the dealership a few days after I got it for a couple days to get work done. Then I had to take it back to them about a week later about other issues. The dealership took the vehicle to work on it June 3, 2022 and has had it ever since. They keep telling me they havent found a engine for the car yet. I popped up to their business after over a month and asked for an update once again and they told me they havent found an engine. I told them even if they had to buy a new engine just get my car on the road. I told ***** that I found an engine for $2800 and he said they wasnt going to pay that. I asked to talk to owner and now they found an engine for my vehicle they said. They put plates from the my vehicle on the loaner vehicle they loaned me until my car was fixed. The loaner car got towed and I asked for the dealership to send me title and a recent letter that they loaned me the car. After going back and forth with the dealership, they told the loan company not to release the car to me. He refused to let me get the car although he loaned it to me because they are fixing my car. I called the police to make a report and was told it was a civil matter. I went to the dealership to get my plates and after I got them I was told that they didnt want to deal with me. They was going to recall the loan but I dont get the $4600 I paid them, the car, or anything. That I will have to pay the car completely off. I told him I am set up for $100 weekly payments until paid off and I am not in default. I asked what the basis was for them to recall the loan, and I was told he dont have one and that he can recall the loan and dont have to give my money back. ***** told me that I needed to take them to court. I told him since he wants to recall the loan and refuse to give me the car that I will not be making any more payments. They are fraud and took my money for a car I dont have.

Hi Im a 32 year old entrepreneur who works hard to provide for my 4 children. Today 6/8/2022 my car was repossessed after missing one payment.per my contract it state I have 10 days before occurring a $5.00 late chargeI was 5 days late and they repossessed the vehicle and is attempting to obtain a repo charge, first they said $450, then when I told them I dont have that he then called his supervisor who told him $300 (my previous payment, my future payment, and $100 towards the tow) I come up with the $300, now they asking for my insurance declaration, Which State Farm emailed me that info, now when I call back they asking about my expired plates I said it just expired the bmv gives you time (unknowingly the consumers) for the ones that by their plates online, it takes time to get there, if an officer gets behind me theyll be able to run it and see if its registered. He then tells me hes waiting on his supervisor now theyre saying they dont know if they want to give my car back due to me being a doordasher, it is NOT in my contract that I cant dash at all In fact I informed the lady at purchase I was a dasher asked if they needed bank statements or check stubs and they said no because they already ran my credit, I then get up to the establishment with my $300 and now they are saying I need to find outside financing in order to get the vehicle whyyyy yall already ran my credit and agreement per my credit that I was worthy of obtaining the vehicle, miss 5 days and my ***** + doesnt matter anymore?!? Because they violated the contract by illegally repossessing my vehicle this contract should be void and I want any money plus more because I put a lot of gas working into I want it all back in order to take my business elsewhere. They even brought up my mileage and the fact that my breaks were making a noise (which wasnt occurring in my care) and theres brake dust everywhere according to them and Ive put ***** miles on it in a month Im self employed

I bought a vehicle from this car lot and found out shortly after that the mileage had been rolled back ***** miles . I asked for my money back and they told me they would not give me my money back . They tried to blame the auction , however upon investigating the information the auction had the mileage at ******* three weeks prior to me purchasing it which leads me to know the car lot rolled the mileage back

I have bought a car off of them and am still making payments towards the car they said nothing was wrong with the car. Well turns out it needed a whole new timing chain I have only had the car for 3 months. The car is having issues with dying they told me it was my timing chain that I needed to pay them $800 and than it was still dying after getting the car back so I took it in again and they said it was an exhaust issue car ran great for a few hours then went back to dying so they basically just rigged it to where it would work for a few and go back to doing the same thing. I am not happy considering I am having to pay $3000 let alone the $2,000 I put down for the car and the money spent on payments even though the car is not running after them saying it works just fine.

Purchased vehicle on Nov 12 2021 for $6500. It was sold to me as having 100K miles and no major mechanical issues. After purchase I had it inspected only to find out there was more than 4K to 6K worth of major repairs needed and that the odometer had been rolled back as a report indicated it previously had 211K miles on the vehicle. I have inspection reports from two different automotive repair shops to indicate the major findings. Some but not all include:1. Major engine oil leak 2. Power steering hose not in proper working order and held together by a zip tie.3. Power moon roof would not close and cost $580 just to get closed properly and disabled, total repair was going to $2,000.I contacted the seller and they wanted to only help by charging for repairs. When I indicated there seemed to be legal issue due to the mileage being rolled back and fraudulent they refused to do anything and said to have my lawyer contact them.

On 11/05/2021 we inquired about a 2011 chevrolet traverse with kbb auto sales. We agreed on a total price of **** if paid within 60 days, we put a deposit down of 500$ before leaving and the next day 11/06/2021 we returned and made a payment of **** more dollars which made our down payment **** dollars and **** left to pay within 60 days. On 11/12/2021 we made another **** dollar payment and one week later made another **** dollar payment and another week later we made an additional **** payment bringing our final payment down to 500 dollars. Now we are being told that we owe **** dollars because they have gotten in trouble and sold our contract to another company. Now we dont know what to do and are out of our monies for the car we have. The company that has our contract is ******************** and they are telling us that kbb auto sales hasnt produced any payments that we have made leaving is to owe them **** dollars. Kbb auto sales is telling us that they dont know what we should do and ******************* has all of the information they have. We have all receipts of payments we have made and dont know what our next step should be.
