This place is a JOKE. Called them to get a bill resolved. Issue #1 they wanted me to pay for the system they used for consumers. Issue #2 at the very beginning of the phone call they told me I could pay the bill or dispute. I chose to dispute, not once did they ever say they charged for disputing. Also, they never disclosed until asking me for $200+ that this was a 3rd party who disputed the bill for them. How in the world are these people in business? SCAM ALERT. They call me and leave auto-generated voicemails every day. They claim I owe on a past-due medical bill. I've called that hospital's billing department twice in the last few months, and both times they confirmed I have no balance with them and owe nothing. Their calls exceed 7 times in 7 days, so IF they are a legitimate debt collector, they are not operating in a legally compliant manner.Review from Emily M

I am so frustrated. They call multiple times a week, I work nights, and the phone going off all hours of the day is irritating! I have sent TWO emails to tell them I don't know the person they are trying to contact, they have the wrong number and I have managed to talk to THREE people over the phone to tell them they have the wrong number and THEY ARE STILL CALLING MY PHONE FOR THE PERSON I DO NOT KNOW!Review from Scott J

I twice gave them a cease and desist order which they still have refused to comply with. They also did not provide me with who their client is. Finally, they contacted me via robocalls which is not exactly legal in the state I live in. Now, the solution. 1) The preponderance of complaints reaches the watermark of civil action., as in class action. 2) This is an election year. The most terrifying words for a Collections Company are WE THE PEOPLE. And we the people have far more power than we realize. We can make the type of behavior described in these posts a first degree felony punishable by a mandatory 10 year minimum sentence. No parole. No probation. No credit for time served. Three hots and a cot. We can make this happen by calling, emailing, mailing and even making an appointment with our two Senators and one Congressional Representative. Its an election year. My husband and I keep getting harassing phone calls and even a letter in the mail about a debt there is no other record of. Phone calls are very rude and they refuse to give much info in what that debt is in reference to. They claim it is for a medical facility, but Ive checked with the medical facility and they have no record of unpaid bills. Theyve confirmed I owe them nothing. This seems like an inaccuracy on behalf of Receivables Management Partners, LLC. I would appreciate all further contact from them to cease.Review from Keli F

Im not liable for this debt with progressive insurance. I do not have a contract with Receivable Management, they did not provide me with the original contract as requested.
