  Kids and adult dental center on ******* has scheduled my son multiple times now for appointments that wouldve been during a school day and then we show up and they say theres some emergency that theyre closed for the day but dont send out any emails text messages or phone calls to let Parents know so that their kids do not miss school. Then they try to lie about it and say that your phone number is not set up to receive text messages when Ive literally taken my phone in there and shown them previous confirmation text messages from them so clearly that is not the case. Then theyll try to say oh we must not have your correct phone number when they obviously do being I have previous messages confirming appointments etc. You would think that if this is an ongoing problem they have they would just not schedule Kids during the school day.

  On the date of the complainant's appointment, our provider was out of the office for jury duty selection. The office made every attempt to aid the provider in requesting a delay to the mandatory service. All requests were denied. In the event of any unexpected closure or scheduling conflict, the office does reach out to all patients on the schedule via text, phone, and voicemail in an attempt to avoid any further inconvenience to our patients. While we do understand that these unexpected closures can be frustrating, unavoidable scheduling conflicts do arise from time to time.
