Drive Zone LLC was very unprofessional and was not willing to help navigate through their online course. Upon enrolling my son up for drivers' education, we had issues with getting registered online as well as course material completion. I reach out to the company by phone and was instructed to text a phone number that never responded to my text message. I emailed the company, and it took more than a week for a returned email to assist with the online registration. The office is never open to walk in and ask for assistance. Any time assistance was needed no one was available. The course was only 30 days and with all of the technical difficulty that we had he ended up with 5 days to complete the course and only had 3% of the course completed. By the time someone responded to my concerns the course time was about to expire and I refused to pay them more money. In order to get an extension more money was required. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to a company that will take money from customers but not offer the customer assistance as they need it. We did not get the services they were supposed to supply to us.

I do apologize for any inconvenience, but I must say I am pretty confused by many of your statements here. You signed up on January 26th, then emailed us on January 29th needing assistance to get started in the online courses. We responded on February 1st with directions, and then closed the email requesting that you let us know if you have any other problems. It looks like you next left us a voicemail on 2/15, and unfortunately we did miss that one it seems. On 2/22, you left another voicemail which we promply replied to via text and explained the message that your son was receiving that he needs to be in the course for a certain amount of time before proceeding to the next section as per state requirements. This was not a technical issue and was clearly explained by the course. I do not see where you have ever texted us except for after we texted you, but it is possible you did so from another number that is not associated with his account. As far as our office hours, yes, we are open by appointment as we are a very small company and try to balance our resources to cover as many students as possible. There is a sign on the door explaining this with directions to contact us to make an appointment, again I do not see where you did that. Finally, The course is not a 30 day course, it is a 90 day course and does not expire until April 25th, which at the time of this writing is over 2 months away. I am not sure where this miscommunication happened, but he definitley has more than 30 days to complete the Driver Education course. Also, at no time time did we ask you for any additional money, we actually provided you a coupon code for a free 30 day extension when you stated you did not believe he would have time to complete the course.If you are able to do so, please reach out to us to let us know what services you did not receive so that we can work on a resolution, as I believe as of this point you have access to everything that you enrolled for.
