ICC installed our primary shower floor tile/grout. We followed instructions and sealed/waited 4 days to use after tile install to ensure the grout cured. ever since **** moved into the house (3/31/21) the grout has been cracking out all over the floor. ICC has come multiple times to spot fix and now that it has been recommended by the builder that they redo the floor ICC has blown us off all summer with no one reaching out to schedule the service and now no response when I try initiating communication. I want our floor fixed properly but I essentially cannot get a hold of anyone to do so.Business response

I apologize for the frustration this has caused with your new home. I reviewed the order and the purchase was made through your builder. When we work with builders like this, we can only perform repair/replacements that are under warranty if we receive work orders from the builder. This is because the builder is the one who purchased from us, we can only perform warranty work that comes from them. If there is not warranty work we can give an estimate to do the work. I apologize for the poor experience you had and appreciate the feedback.

We started contacting **** with ICC Floors service department February 1st 2022 regarding broken floor boards on our floor they installed for Pulte Homes 2 years ago. Someone was sent out March 9th and said they would order more flooring and replace the broken planks and fix the sub floor in the area where the floor dips and the plank is cracked. The technician said **** would contact me within a week and he did not call nor did he return any of my follow up calls. The floor is a tripping hazard especially where the plank is cracked and dips and we need to have the floor fixed.Business response
