The floor was installed in 2021, and should still be under warranty (we have a two year installation warranty). The floor is chipping, lifting, separating, cracking and looks absolutely terrible. We have called, left messages, left voicemails, and my husband even spoke to someone who blew him off and said theyd send someone to look at our floor. They claim it wasnt their problem, they wont come to look at it and stopped even returning phone calls a couple of months ago. The floor is under warranty and we want it fixed or replaced.
