      My wife and I bought a table and custom chairs from Dinetteland sometime in March. We know there would be a delay so we go in early knowing they will be ready by July. We go in to see the table and chairs sometime in July when they are delivered. Table is exactly what we picked but the chairs are not the correct color. We are insistent that they are not what we chose, but the salesman tells us this is what we picked. It is not. He says they can ship it back and have it repainted but it would take a few weeks for pick up. This was discussed in early July. So we would assume it would have been picked up early August. We continue to make phone calls to Dinetteland to check on updates throughout July, August, and September. The same salesman tells my wife they have been picked up (this was in early August probably).A few weeks go by and we go back to the store to inquire as we are in the area. The chairs were still there. The salesman had lied to my wife about the chairs being picked up to get refinished. As of today September 26th, I have not heard a response from that salesman about our chairs. We call and get another individual who states the chairs are still waiting to be picked up from July. We try leaving voicemails but the businesss voice mailbox is full. ******** also does not responds to texts from phone he sent me messages from regarding the order previously. The table and chairs are paid in full. We are seeking a full refund on the chairs despite their policy on custom chairs due to the businesss unprofessionalism, lack of information and updates, as well as deception regarding its status.
