Dubious charges for HOA. I was given one amount, paid on it via a payment plan. Then I was given a new amount nearly double the first amount in November, 2023 at which time I asked for an itemized statement to understand the new amount. They didnt respond to me until January, **** when I learned I was placed in foreclosure. Something is deeply troubling and disturbing here. This needs to be investigated.Business response

The nature of a community association involves ongoing assessments that accrue on a regular basis. ************* the homeowner lives in has monthly assessments that continue to accrue on a monthly basis. The homeowner knows and is aware of this. A balance provided at one point in the process will, and does, change when new assessments are added each month. Itemized statements were provided to the homeowner on multiple occasions, and the homeowner was asked to provide proof of additional payments if she felt any were missing from the account.
