      I have called the company multiple times regarding a need to service a float tank. The company has not called me back.

      I want to apologize for the laps in communication. We have our phones and internet through ******* and there is a new interstate being built just outside our door. Our internet has been down more than it was up during a two-week period which also disabled our phone system. This unfortunately was not something we had any control over, but I do understand how it can be frustrating to our valued customers. I do know that you have been in communication with our technical support team.

      On Sunday, January 30, 2022, we visited Royal Spa and we move ahead and purchased a spa from Royal Spa pending financing. The salesman was quick to go over the particulars of our order. We placed a $2,500 deposit and asked if we would get our deposit back if we were not approved, and he nodded his head yes. We went through their recommended bank ******** as requested by Royal Spa. We were approved w/conditions which we were not able to meet. Because of this Royal Spa indicated that we were not entitled to our deposit back despite we had cancelled the order. Royal Spa should have gone over the terms and conditions and especially note that deposits are non returnable which they had not done. We felt we were lied to and feel that Royal Spa engages in deceptive practices. After several attempts to contact them and left several messages, they finally called back only to inform us that we were just out the deposit of $2,500 and there was nothing we can do about it.

      I have already spoken to ************ prior to receiving this complaint.

      ************ has agreed to wait 45 days and to let me help him through financing issues created by another company.

      He still wants the spa if we can get him approved at that time. If we cannot find a finance company to help us then, I will refund his $2,500 at that time.

      He already has that in writing from me.

      This issue is resolved.
