This is to address that United Farm Family has failed to respond to my request for the balance owed on my mother's life insurance. My mother passed away March 9, 2022. Every phone call made to this company has been nothing but a nightmare and lack of empathy on their behalf. This company has promised payment since March, and I have yet to receive it. Every call I make to them, they rush me off the phone and/or end my call without giving me any information. My policy number is W540678, Insured's name is *******************. I need this resolve as soon as possible. I have medical bills accumulating and other expenses that need to be paid. I have already been in contact with the Department of Insurance to file a complaint if this is not resolved.Business response
