My wife and I lived at a rental property with this company. A neighbor kept harassing us and after reaching out to ES PRoperty management in regards to ending our lease one month early we were told we can give them the property but still have to pay that months rent. Given that they werent willing to help we opted to stay and take our time moving our stuff across country. We cleaned before we left and had the house in move out ready state. We drove our things across country and were gone for 2 weeks then when we came back we couldnt access the house. ES property has claimed they misunderstood the move out date and changed the locks. They also left lights on and we were still paying the bills. I have had to pay 80 to electric and 70 to water that month despite not being there (ES property was using our utilities) only my husband and myself lived in the house and kept it in a pristine state. We got half of our deposit back. We were charged for camera removal (never had security cameras to be removed) trash removal (there was no trash in the house as we cleaned before we left) and garage door openers (we left those on the kitchen counter). We reached out to them about charging us all that and carpet and house cleaning (again vacuumed and scrubbed floors and walls before leaving and I have a video of how clean it was) they said to fill out the dispute form and send them the bills. We did. In June. Its September and they never responded.Business response
