We signed a contract on May 18, 2022 with Hoosier Boy/Elite Window and Door LLC for the installation of a Pella Twin White ***** Double Hung window unit. Total job amount: $2,080.52, with initial deposit of $1,515.52.For months, our contact, ***********************, told us supply chain issues kept pushing back the availability of the window we ordered.The last we heard from him was an email on Apr. 19, 2023, in which he said an issue with a vinyl supplier was delaying the installation.Multiple emails and phone calls to ******* since have gone unanswered. Multiple calls and email to Hoosier Boy and Elite Window and Door LLC have gone unanswered. And a rep for ***** says there's no record of a quote or order of a window by Elite Window and Door for our address.It strongly appears we've been scammed out of $1,515.52.
