**** ***** was so helpful in identifying the likely cause of moisture damage noticed inside my house. After visits from 3 different companies, none went to the level **** did (my knocking on the damaged area while he was in the attic, simple right). He showed me pics, explained the problem, and provided best steps to ********** very grateful to **** ***** for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, assess, and identify the best means to resolve the problem.**** was friendly, professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. I was treated respectfully, honestly and was not pressured into having work done (Ive had experience with that type of contractor).**** came by the day after I called Amos Exteriors, and I appreciate their timely response (thanks ******).Based on my experience, I highly recommend ******************************

**** told me from the beginning that I needed a new roof and my insurance would cover it. I asked for a quote and they stated that they didn't give quotes, that they would match my insurance payout so I wouldn't ever have to pay out of pocket. My adjuster came out and then I received my first check shortly after. I stupidly gave **** the check before I had even signed a contract. **** lost the check. I had no contact for weeks and then they contacted me asking me if I had the check. I had to get a new check sent. I then scheduled a meeting with the sales rep to pick out shingles and gutters and sign a contract. Day of meeting the sales rep doesn't show up, doesn't contact me. The next day he has some grand excuse. We schedule two more meetings, he doesn't show up or contact me both times until the day after with an even bigger excuse then the last. I stop replying. ** then sends me long text messages apologizing and promising me things for days. I finally respond and we set a meeting. We meet and I sign a contract. I'm again told that I will not have to pay out of pocket. ** also tells me that they will vent my bathroom vents through the roof and remove an antenna. Months go by with no contact until he texts me that they are out of all shingles except for a couple and I have to pick one. I tell him to give me my money back and I'm done. No response. I talk to a manager who says he will get it fixed. They order my shingles from a different state and put my roof on in January, 7 months after my initial meeting. They do not do the vents or remove the antenna. I see a problem with my shingles and text my new sales rep. ** says he will look into it. That was 3 months ago no response. I then receive a text that I owe $1400. I call two **** employees. No response for two days. Now they are saying I owe $781. Horrible experience and horrible company. I talked to several managers and higher *** and none seem to care about the way I was treated, or how bad my process was.

After the unfortunate storms in Delaware county and Randolph county, i had ***************** stop and want to do an inspection for hail and wind damage from storm. After i allowed them to look at the damage, *** said i would have to have a roof replacement, siding, vents, and potential ************ after *** was done telling about how trustworthy he and his company were, i told *** that i personally am not a trusting person especially over things of this nature. i was personally guaranteed that *** would make the special arrangements to meet with ****************** at a pre-determined date. After speaking with the insurance agent, *** did not show up at the time he agreed to which he was given a very ample amount of time to cancel or reschedule. Of course now *** will not respond to calls or emails. Not acceptable!!!

I'm going to counter the negative opinion of their leaving a door-hanging advertisement for roof replacement. This advertisement served to remind me to attend to its replacement, as it seemed very necessary, when noticing a recent leak. I'd requested estimates from other local companies previously, about 1.5-2 years ago, and never acted upon them due to the tribulation of an on-going divorce.Well, the reminder was well-timed and I needed it. The work appears to be wonderful so far. ***, the sales consultant, was very thorough before and after the job was completed. He followed up with a concern I had about a fan exhaust connection. It's been remedied, so far, to my satisfaction.

No respect for my property or peace. They knocked on my door and left a door hanger right next to the No Soliciting sign on my front door advertising their business. Thanks ***************************** for not showing respect to me or my property.

We encountered some server hail damage over a (2) yr period. **** worked with our ************** to receive the proper amounts for the *** estimates. Due to the facts the contract was not written until 11/28/23, it was decided to HOLD the actual work until Spring ****. Today received calls from **** Exterior that they needed 1/2 the Insurance estimates dollars to insure speedy Installation in the Spring? WHAAAAT...........U need a 50% deposit for work not preformed and will not be for maybe (5) months? I'm waiting to see the work performed, my only leverage and assurance is to hold the Insurance Checks until the job's completed.

Our roof had hail damage Ubi came out and inspected our roof He was great even offered to put up my Christmas lights for me. Ubi was very professional and honest. I will recommend Amos Exteriors to family and friends. You guys rock....They work with my insurance company. I can't wait for my new roof to be installed OMG EXCITED ?? .

Had some storm damage from March 31st. Sales rep came out and said she would fight insurance company as needed. I feel she did but as insurance kept dragging out, I had a lot of questions and needs and communication started to get sparce. We are having roof and siding done, the roof was completed and that seems to have gone well. Now siding date has changed and have been unable to get a definite estimate of completion date. I feel customers shouldn't have to feel like they are constantly bothering or reaching out to get information. I would have given five stars if regular updates were given on completion dates and after final roof inspection. I'm hoping siding goes well and everything works out smoothly with installation and communication concerning that.
