I worked with ******, and he was so thorough and communicated well.He was also very knowledgeable about storm damage, insurance claims, and necessary repairs!Our new roof, ********************* were all installed the same week, and ****** coordinated it all. ****** did an awesome job communicating with me and updating me about our insurance claim.They are definitely a full service company!

We had a wonderful experience working with Gladiator Roofing and ****** R for our roof replacement. ****** was professional and prompt to answer all of our questions. The roof was replaced in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up well afterwards!

Gladiator helped ** throughout our entire process after the March tornado. They assisted with the awful insurance claim, working with 5 different adjusters from Allstate. Gladiator took care of our roof, gutters, siding, drywall, painting, and arranged for our fence repair and AC replacement. It was a long process but they stayed with us the entire time. We really appreciated the time ***** took with us and the insurance company. He definitely helped us survive a terrible experience.

After the tornado in ********* on March 31, 2023 - we needed a new roof on our home and shed. We contacted several companies to give us estimates on the job. We went with Gladiator Roofing & Restoration because their Rep. ************************* was easy to work with and worked with our ***************** to determine what needed to be completed. The day they roofed our home and shed - they did an Excellent Job with both the laying of the new roof, and most importantly with the cleanup of the area around our house. They protected all my trees, **************** around the house for which I was very thankful. I would highly recommend them and especially ************************* who we worked with.

Communication was absolutely perfect. arrived on time when they said they would be here. Job was completed very well and very satisfactory an absolute pleasure to work with.

I have worked with Gladiator for 2 multi family projects. The entire roofs were replaced for both complexes. They were more than excellent. The job was done in the promised time frame, clean up was great, they were responsive to any questions and neither project had issues. The best part is the roofs look great! Highly recommend! Will be using them for future multi family roof replacements and projects.

We used Gladiator for our roof and siding after a recent storm. We had a meeting with the contractor running our job and the owner of the company. The owner had the worker schedule for our roof to be replaced first. Before the job started, the worker was fired (unknown reason) and the owner took over our job. After the roof was completed, we called the owner to let him know there wasnt enough overhang for our new siding. He said they would put the siding up and then rip off the roof and do it correctly. He blamed the worker he fired saying the new siding should have gone on before the roof. Even though, that was his suggestion. After a week or two of 90+ degree days they decided not to redo the roof. Instead, they peeled up the bottom four rows of shingles and added enough to hang past the siding. Anyone who has any knowledge of roofing houses, knows you cant peel up shingles when they have melted together from the heat. We tried to tell them that, but they assured us this would work. No surprise, they ripped through all of the ice and water shield. Through the entire project, the owner wasnt on site while the roofing or siding companies were working. Their lack of communication with these companies caused what should have been a simple project to be an absolute nightmare. After three weeks and talking to three different people, we finally accepted a resolution and ended our contract with Gladiator before the project was finished.
