Hello my name is ***************************** and I recently took a 5 week QMA class with *************************. Ive paid my $1,000 and passed each test and assignments. As of today 6/24/24 I have yet to receive my certificate or any money back. When I call to speak with her there is no answer or a call back. Around the 3rd week of class I ***************************** asked ************************* if I could pay the remainder of my payment on Friday 5/24/24 (which was the last day of class)? She stated no and that she wanted to end the class a day early because she was going on vacation and since I was behind 2 payments she did not continue with class on Wednesday May 15th I borrowed money ($600) from family and paid the rest of my balance Friday May 17th (a week before class ended). Monday May 20th, ************************* started class as normal and went on to speak about the money situation and that if I didnt have all the money at once then I shouldnt have signed up for the class because I was broke. I felt so humiliated and embarrassed because the statement was made in front of the class. I blew the comment off because at the time I still had all my payments paid in full. By time the last day of class 5/24/24 the class was given an exam to take for end of course completion. We graded it as a class and I knew that I received a passing grade. When class ended at 2pm ************************* had heard a classmate say May the Angels be with me ************************* had became very angry and started yelling and being very aggressive towards the classmate. She shoved her out of the class and continued to yell. She came back in class and also continued to yell and aggressively threaten to not give out my certificate nor she stated that she will not be giving me any money back.Initial Complaint

************************* (program organizer) is lead on a CNA training program. We met to discuss program details and I was given a entry exam. I passed and gained entry into the program. ****** guaranteed tuition reimbursement and showed documents outlining her grants that awards these reimbursement. Eager to advance my career (currently a home health aide) ****** assured me that if I paid the initial class fees up front there may be a 2-3 week period for reimbursement. I borrowed the money from my aunt and begin attended one class for $281.25 which I found odd because it was to be sent through Zelle or cash app which I found odd/suspicious. Upon attending the class I asked ****** how to start reimbursement process and the process then changed. It then became I had to complete the course find a job and seek training reimbursement from my new employer. I made decisions (borrowing money from my aunt, picked up extra shifts at work, switched availability to attend class) on information ****** gave about reimbursement. I couldve waited on financial aide approval and attended with financial assistance but ****** presented her process to be the same only Id be able to start the process sooner completing it sooner and begin working in the field. Oh, yeah and shes refusing me a refund because I withdraw from the class, and I signed no contract or documents that indicate my payment was not refundable. Im a young adult and the class was full with my peers who may not understand other providers as I didnt. I would like to put Ready To Care LLC on notice for false advertising and would like to have any assistance helping me get back my money. Thank you!
