6/17/2023 They sold me a ****** Altima 05 and ever sinc I drove it has been over heating. the ac didn't work or the heat the gas hand goes up and down it won't start half of he time and the at check light is onu took it back to them to fix in7/12/23 and it still won't start half the time and is still over heatingBusiness response

The customer bought the used car from ** and last month he contacted us that the car is heating up. We advised him not to drive the car if it is over heating as it can severly damage the engine, and also advised him to bring it back immeditely so we can check whats wrong with it.
Few days later, he brought the car and we replaced his radiator. He brought his car again on 8/23/2023 (about two months from the date he bought it) to check it out. Apparently, hekept driving the car while over heated in the past which already has damage the head gasket.
As the used cars do not come with any warranty (unless you buy a 3rd party warranty at an additional cost). But unlike most other used car dealers, we have an open policy to bring your own mechanic at the time of purchase to check everything out before you buy anything.
Anyway, we have offered him two options:
1). Trade this car in (if his financing approves) and get some different one, or
2). Get it repaired, as we can fix it cheaper. He did not buy the warranty at the time of purchase which could have covered most of such repairs.
He said he will get back to us soon.
