This is a terrible company to try and do business with. Placed an order, my credit card was charged and our order was never fulfilled. I emailed and called several times to no avail.My credit card was refunded after Paypal stepped in. I would not recommend doing business with this company whatsoever. I should have read their reviews and then I wouldn't have wasted my time.Review from Caleb B

I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!Ordered a KW visor that they said was in stock. Never received. WILL NOT answer calls or return phone messages, or emails. Tried to contact thru ******** page and they blocked us.Had to file dispute with credit card company to get our money back.Review from Greg E

Ordered a set of Roadwork 7" stacks for a 379-glider kit January 25th, 2022. After order was placed, I was told 68-week lead time. After the 8 week ****, I reached out to Jacks, via Phone, email, and social media with zero response. It's now July 26th *****. No stacks and zero response from Jacks. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I suggest anyone else with outstanding orders do the same. I did however receive a response from ********************* May 31st, 2022. After leaving a ******** review."First, I would like to apologize for the lack of communication regarding your order. Previous staff did not see the value in keeping customers updated and apprised of manufacturer delays. This is, in part, why I am working hard to improve the customer service and support of ******************************************* Shop." Then said my roadworks exhaust would be replace with ******* Chrome as soon as they received them.Review from Josh E

Order parts 5 months ago from jacks. I have still yet to receive my parts and they wont return my calls or emails. They had no problem taking my money though. I called their supplier directly and guess what they never placed an order for my partsReview from Tyler T

Recently bought item(s) from their website which was indicated that they were in stock. After purchasing online was not receiving any confirmation of order up until I reached out after several attempts via phone and email I finally got a representative on the phone and was given and order number but no shipment confirmation was only told when product is available we will send it then they proceeded to hang up on me. Now going on **************************************************************************************************************************************************** owner and they were super busy and not in currently... representatives that do pick up the phone always tell me "oh they will get back to you I left a note or email for them" proceeded by hanging up.. This is not good business please be aware!!! I feel as if i was scammed out of **** plus dollars and that is not cool...Read reviews on this merchant before any purchases this is a unprofessional business
