So eclipse paranormal they scammed my wife and I through a contest and trip. We paid for in advance and the first trip we were kicked out at 2am when it was suppose to be a all night investigation. I had to spend more money on another hotel room due to them canceling the event early. The contest we paid for was canceled was never notified either about it until after disputing it. Another trip had a down-payment for was canceled as well and was never notified either until disputing it. Since than *********************** has harassed my fiancee about the dispute going on demanding us to drop it, threatening us if we don't. Her behavior is unacceptable and my wife has told her multiple times she wants nothing to do with it that I am the one disputing the charges since I am the one who paid with my card. Today she was contacting my wife and mother in law now too doing the same thing. The bank has stated that she or her business associates have no business contacting us at all and they need to stop. We simply want our money refunded and for eclipse paranormal people to leave us alone and to not contact us anymore.Business response

To Whom It May ******************** I would like to address that ********************* is not his wife, she is fiance and they are not married, see attachment labeled "******'s mom". ************************ paid to enter a contest and won two tickets to investigate Randolph County Asylum on Saturday, November 11th that also includes access to the Men of the Paranormal Convention -- doors open at 11am and we do not have to leave until 3pm on the 12th. As for the gift card, you can see that my name is not on the messages, ************************* is and she owns Mysterious Adventures Tours -- I have told them to contact her, I have fulfilled my part of the winnings.
As for the deposit they sent in for an investigation, the receipt states "all sales final, no refund" -- I did cancel the event they signed up for and advised ****** they could transfer it to another event. The location we were supposed to go to was charging us double what they're charging others to investigate. As for his refund for Global Ghost ****, he was there and was told they had the building until 3:30am and didn't have to leave. He states it was an overnight investigation, but it was from 7:30pm - 3:30am (see attachment)
I also saw that ************************ did not include the entire receipt in his attachments where it states "no refunds". As for reaching out to ******, I have known her for over five years and she is the reason this man came into our lives. I have only asked her why he has filed the disputes and told her mother about the kind of man that is in her life, something she needs to know and her mother is disgusted with how he is acting and as you can see in the screenshot, she isn't happy about him calling her his wife.

I am rejecting this response because:
The response is not valid, she cannot use outside sources like my woman's mother who has nothing to do with the transitions. My card was used for the purchases that we didn't receive. I don't see my signature listed to approve the transactions and I don't agree with the behavior. Not once did anyone reach out to me even though my information was provided to get in contact with me. I also really don't care what this company's opinion is of me. They need to grow up and get over themselves.
