Feb. 16, 2023 I ordered a waterfall incense burner holder from HomeEZgoods (order# ****) for $311.95. It arrived 6 wks later around March 22nd. When I opened the box I noticed the styrofoam was all broken inside. When removed the top styrofoam I could see the burner was broken (2 pieces). I immediately sent an email to company at address stipulated on website *********************************** When I didn't receive a reply, I sent another email on March 28th about broken incense burner. received reply March 29 requesting picture of damage from *********** S *********************** I then heard nothing. Sent more emails. When I called phone number for site no one answered the phone ever no matter what time I called. And no further contact. I want my money refunded in total $311.95 issued back through my original purchase, e.g. credit care, PayPal or Apple Pay. thanksBusiness response

Thank you for attending to the issue from our customer. We have reviewed the order and refunded the customer full amount due to damage of the item and communicated with the customer after the refund.

I just want to let you know that representative for HomeEZGoods responded back to me. They said they would refund me the money. See attached. I will let you know when the refund appears in my account.

I just sent an email this morning to your BBB in Northern ******* telling them I received a full refund as requested from HomeEZgoods, therefore I accept whatever you all did to make it happen. And confirmed the credit from them as appeared on my credit card. Therefore, the complaint has been resolved.
