I ordered sneakers from JD sports (Finish Line). I noticed when the order was placed that my apartment number was not included so I reached out to them to assist. They could not guarantee that this will be fixed so I reached out to ***** to give proper instructions and to not leave the package in the lobby which is a public space. The package was delivered incorrectly and my instructions were not followed. My package was left in a lobby and not at my door and it was stolen, ***** and JD sports have not been helpful and they are taking my money, refusing a replacement or a refund. A police report has been filed.Business response

I purchased a pair Of shoes And sweatshirt from the businesses website once I got my package, I noticed that there were stains on the sweatshirt. When I called to have this exchanged the representative on the line told me this was possible and that I would just need to send in the sweatshirt. I return the sweatshirt using a label that they sent me, I did not hear from anyone for quite a long time when I called back in to get a status of my exchange was informed that this sweatshirt was no longer being sold and that I would just get a refund was upset about this because I did not ask for a refund I asked **** for an exchange JD Sports along with their ******** care engagement specialist *************************, did nothing to try to solve the issue even after I spent an hour on hold trying to get a resolution I asked for the sweatshirt to be returned if they cannot exchange it to which she told me she would contact me within 48 hours I was only told after I called multiple times that this had already been processed as a refund and received no kind of help nor attempt to resolve the situation. I have been what I consider a pretty good customer considering that I have spent quite a lot of money here. This experience and grave lack of accountability only created a situation that I feel could have been resolved easily into a situation where I feel line this company not only doesnt care to resolve issues but belittles and unapologetically refuses to be add any assistance to tries very little if at all to assist an issue created by them to begin with.Business response

I am reached out via email concerning the Better Business Bureau complaint filed for the return of the soiled shirt for JD Sport Order **********. I apologize that the shirt was not able to be exchanged due to the item being no longer available to re-ship. The refund for the return of soiled shirt for $37.93 was processed back to the PAYPAL account on 04/19/24. The BBB Disputed Amount: $92.12.is for the total amount of the order of which included a pair of shoes(DZ7533 301 size 9.0). ********* return shipping label with tracking ************ was emailed to you on 4/29/24 and has no movement on it. The refund for the return of the shoes will be processed once received, reviewed and found to be in the original condition.

I ordered shoes online from the Finish Line. The shoes were size 8. I paid $112.00 for them. They were a gift and turned out to be the wrong size. I returned them to the local store, JD, to exchange for a size 8.5. They wouldnt give me the exchange without paying the difference of the store price of $160.00.Business response
