      They was supposed to contact me so to let me know when to bring my truck in to meet with the key person so I can get my remote key reprogrammed. Which they never did and now its going in the second month . And another thing they was supposed to detail the truck before I came to pick it up and they never did , the truck was full of dog hair. Also I took it through a car wash and then I noticed once the water hit the vehicle there was lots of water purring in my vehicle. Very bad condition now I need to call Safelite to remove the glass so the water can stop coming in while Im washing my truck or raining out

Community Ford of Mooresville is ready and willing to assist in all **************** needs and will extend a VIP appointment for services if he wishes.

      My F150 truck was given for a regular oil change and service on 7/27/2023 at this dealership , during the regular multi point inspection process , this firm informed me about a dying battery and asked me permission to replace it and I provided my consent. They replaced the battery , completed the oil change and fixed the Bluetooth connectivity as well and intimated me for pick up. I picked up the car and moved 100 meters , bumped up the air-condition then started hearing a roaring noise from the glove box area. I immediately went back and intimated the service advisor who worked on the car about the noise. He came back and checked the car and said something is broken inside and he does not have any technicians to look into this complaint. I clearly told that this noise was no there when I left the car for service and he said they will check next week. I could not go the next week but I called them on the later week (Monday ) , they asked me to bring the truck. Once I reached there , I saw the service technician moved out of his seat and went out , a new guy came in and asked me about the reason for my visit , I explained him the whole story and he straight away told me they didn't have anyone to check this issue and even said they are not responsible for causing it and if at all they need to open it I had to pay $165.I even complained the manager and he repeated the same. I had to really leave that place with the faulty car that day. I took an appointment in one of the local auto service shop and checked the issue and they said the ** blend door was broken and a piece was left in the blower cage that caused the roaring noise. I had to pay $80 for this service and more painful is it the ** would not cool enough unless I replace it with a new HV** box that is expensive. So I firmly believe community ford technician broke this and never took any responsibility to check and fix it, I want this to be fixed by community ***** reimburse my local bill of $80.

      Upon interviewing our technicians with thousands of hours of experience, we have determined that there is zero possible chance that an oil change and battery replacement could have caused a piece of the ** blend door to break. For an oil change and battery replacement, a technician replaces the oil filter under the car, and fills the oil and changes the battery under the hood of the car. The ** Blend Door and Blower Cage are both located in the dashboard of the car. The HV** box is a sealed box that cannot be tampered with by any technician, as well as being in the dashboard. The timing of the blend door breaking is purely coincidental, and was not the result of any wrongdoing by our technicians. Community **** asks that ****************** retract his review.
