I am being charged for services. I did not request. They say that it was going to be done and I knew it because I had been notified. I did not know this I did not have that notification can. I dont know if they can prove that I got it or not Im being charged $87. I just want them to delete that thats it.Business response

Brooklawn completed a service for this customer. ********************** provided 2 notifications of the service before the service was performed. The customer acknowledged receiving the 2 notifications prior to the service but she did not contact Brooklawn to cancel or request the services not be performed. After Brooklawn performed the service, customer contacted ********************** to state she did not want the service. Brooklawn will absorb the cost of the service.Initial Complaint

Requested a service to be done (lawn aeration). Brooklawn sent a bill for the aeration but the aeration was never done. I let them know I have no issue paying for the service if they would aerate my lawn which was never done. They checked with their field advisor who said the service was done and required payment. I asked that someone come out and look at the lawn so they can confirm the service was not done but they didn't replay to my request. They sent me a letter stating I was going to be sent to collection for not paying for a service that was never done. I tried to reach out again to let them know I have no issue paying for the requested service if it actually gets done. Settlement amount was less than $200. Im requesting that the service get done or that I do not get charged for the service.Business response
