      We had a scheduled appointment with Custom Touch Irrigation to start our sprinkler system. Although the tech showed up, he did not turn on the sprinkler system. I did not get a call from the company and ended up calling a different company to come out. When the new company came out they found all kinds of broken sprinkler heads in which they told me was generally caused by not properly winterizing the system, (Custom Touch Irrigation did this as well), A couple months after the tech left without doing the work, I started getting payment reminders. When I called to ask about it, they explained the tech had been let go for similar behavior. I was told the manager would be alerted and would give me a call. No call came. A month later I got new payment reminders so I called again. This time I was told that a back flow test had been performed so I would need to pay for that. I asked for a copy of it, and it was hand written and could have been filled out at any time. I feel since they did not come out to complete the job that I requested and not due to anything I had done, I should have to pay.

I am contacting billing and we will be waiving any outstanding start up invoices for 2022. Including your backflow test. I hope this resolves your issue and hope you have a great weekend!
