10/26/23 Received confirmation order received for a wireless handheld vacuum cleaner #************ Total price $41.98 10/31/23 Received notification item was shipped 11/18/23 Reported item had defective parts and was not functional 11/21/23 Received email informing me the company will not replace the wireless handheld vacuum cleaner. Instead they offer 20% refund and replacement parts: 1. suction nozzle of brush head; 2. long suction nozzle; 3. charging line; 4. instructions 12/12/23 $8.39 refund issued I've emailed this company several times and have not received a communication about the status of the shipping of the replacement parts. I am requesting a refund of $33.59 (balance after subtracting the $8.39 refund OR prompt delivery of the listed parts promised by the company listed above. Promised parts have never been received. It's been 5 months and I've never been able to use this vacuum.
