      I bought a rear view camera and dash cam from another business . I had Innovative install the cameras. I needed a new radio to replace the original , which was a radio and CD player. ****** installed a radio that he had and took the original radio that was in the vehicle, When I went to pick up the car I noticed the new radio had no CD player. . I asked about it. ****** said " You never said you wanted a CD player" Got in my face very angry. I almost felt threatened. I had to wait 2 weeks for him to get a radio with a Cd player. He had the radio there the whole time. He was very threatening. I finally got him to replace the radio . I had used ****** before when he worked at Best Buy and he was very nice. I used him to do this because I felt he would do a good job. He charged me over $719.00 to install things I had already purchased. except radio. I feel I was ripped off. When he did put in the new radio it was a different one than the first one he put in.and charged me for. Whatever you do don't make him upset. I will never go back. Be very careful with this company.

      We're sorry you had a bad experience. We remember quite a different scenario, however. It is true that the original touchscreen that we installed did not have a disk player, and as disk players are becoming less common, we did have to order a radio to replace it with. We did this voluntarily, we put a significantly more expensive radio in than you originally purchased, and did this happily, as you commented on on the phone before the 2nd visit. I do not recall your total, but you received a touchscreen radio (with dvd player) and of course all the parts to install said radio, you had all 4 speakers replaced in your Hummer, we also installed your backup camera, a dash camera and set it up for you without charge, we installed a power distributor for you with no mention of a charge, because you needed it. We also installed your phone mount, and charger. I gave 50% off of all labor cost, because of the fact you seeked us out from a prior shop. If your total was $700-800, I do not think I could match that today with even with a lesser model of speaker. The comments you have left here are quite upsetting, and I would not normally dignify them with a response but they are quite damning. You came in to the 2nd appointment visibly upset as you walked in the door, you mentioned that you had just gotten "ripped off" just like you accused us here, at the tire store you had just left. You yelled at me, you yelled at one of my technicians, you also were nasty with another customer on this day. I looked back at the video footage, after you left us this review, to ensure that although YOU clearly were ok with being downright nasty to everyone around, I could find no instance of anybody raising their voice back to you. I did however eventually walk away from you and let my technicians finish your consultation, after doing my best to explain that we were sorry the first radio we installed didnt have a disk player, and that we were putting a bit of an upgrade in there for your trouble. We at Innovative Electronics take pride in the way we treat our customers and the quality of service performed, and this review does not give an accurate representation of how we present ourselves, or how, in our opinion, the day in question went. I earnestly worry this person may be suffering from Dementia, unfortunately we have some experience in dealing with loved ones in this condition, and hope that we can learn from this experience for the future.

      I kn ow it is 3 against one here. All hearsay. I know what I said was truth. The man even kept my old radio and Cd player which was a good one. He did not order the new radio with CD player. It was right on his front room display. In fact he put in a cheaper radio when I came back to get the right one put in. . I do not have dementia. I have owned a business for over *************************** an Arizona Prison plus counselor for death row and all kinds of criminals.. This man got in my face when I told him it was the wrong radio. There was no customer there when this conversation was held. . I went to this establishment because ****** was so nice when he worked at Best Buy. There was a big difference this time. I know exactly what is going on in this establishment. To make ends meet there is stuff going on that shouldn't be. My law enforcement background tells me the whole story. I know you can do nothing about this but it is true. There is more going on there than meets the eye. The radio he put in was not what he says. I just hope he wakes to the personal problem he has with illegal stuff. I was shocked he has gone this way but money does a lot to a young person. I am still in shock the way he got in my face. Remember I had already purchased the rear back up cameras and phone charges. I did not ask for a ****** radio. I would never want to pay that much for a radio. If I pay over ****** it is too much. He never told me that the cost would be that much. When others go in there just look at his eyes and you can tell what is going on. There is nothing I can do about this now but tell the truth. Yes I am upset that he would try to take a 75 year old women who has a shap enough mind to know he ripped her off
