July 8th 2022 me and my husband and two sisters made a mobile order and went into the establishment to ask for our food to be bagged separately to be greeted by a rude manager named ****** who loudly talked about us wanting food in separate bags and how she thought it was ridiculous she even loudly suggested we should just go the. **** Home all the food was soggy terrible half to most of it was incorrect and seemed under cooked to be honest but that's not the worst part my husband took a bite of his chicken taco and a decent sized bone was lodged into his throat and he began to choke on it I have large tweezers for my reptiles I quickly grabbed and unclogged this peice of bone from his throat my concern is what if this has been a small child or someone who wasn't paying attention who could have easily choked to death or what could have happened if I hadn't been around to notice my husband choking this is dangerous I called the manager at the location and she told me someone from Q A would reach out to me she didn't seam to believe me about the bone in worried for other people taking a bite and getting hurt she refused to refund me and couldn't tell me when Q A would be ahold of me her name was ***** she is the store manager please help
