In May 2024, I notified Culligan that I was moving in writing. The notification was sent with statement and check for May's payment. Culligan continued to assess me fees and costs for June and July when I no longer lived at service address. Culligan states that because I didn't call them, the charges would not be removed. I advised them I notified them in writing but Culligan states they "never received" the notification however they processed the payment included with the notification. Culligan states that I was behind on my monthly charge which I was not and have not received a detail statement showing which payment if any were missing. Also, ******** has provided NO services or salt to my home since last fall which was part of the monthly charges. I had no instructions and knew of no instructions where services could not be canceled unless I call Culligan. I am continuing to be billed for charges and fees as well as paid over 6 months of charges and received NO products or services.Initial Complaint

We purchased a complete, everything possible, unit from these people around Oct 2020. First it was a substandard installation which means EVERY water joint leaked less than 4 hrs after installation. We paid out of our pocket to have the unit moved to our garage. They offered a "maintenance package" that was described to us as providing salt deliveries every quarter, free filter replacement yearly, and "timely" service should the unit malfunction. Since paying for the service we have had late deliveries of salt and late service calls. Our water is currently *****!! We called in a repair on January 13th and was told to bypass the unit and a repairman could not come out until the 15th of February! Everything that we use our water for, laundry, dishes, bathing has been ruined! Our towels are *****, our sinks and commodes are stained. This could have been avoided with a timely repair!
