      Order placed on 8/5/2024, $465. I have sent an email to get an update but have not heard anything from the email. I have called twice and actually talked with someone. I was told 2+ weeks ago they were waiting on an item and they would ship in the next couple of days and an email would be sent with tracking info. I was told on 9/3/24 to text the info about my order because he was in the car and they would get back to me. I have yet to hear anything. I just want my product.

      Purchase made on 12/16/23. Received confirmation. Talked with employee in order to add another item . Never received purchase , never was contacted re: purchase, employee or owner never picked up the phone again after calling multiple times. Amount $109.98.

      I ordered a pair of seats and seat feet from this company almost two months ago. No confirmation email (took a screenshot of my order form otherwise I would have no proof of my purchase). I have sent *** almost 10 emails over this period asking for updates on my order. He has only responded once (on March 14th) saying he was working on my seats this week and would let me know when ready to ship. It's been 6 weeks since and I have not heard a single update, despite emailing him 4 times and trying to call the phone number listed several other times, to which there has been no answer. This is truly absurd customer service. I appreciate small business work and the hustle, but this is no way to treat paying customers. I want this resolved and my products delivered ASAP.

      On June 25, 2023, I ordered original Candlestick stadium seats from Stadium Seat Depot via their website **************************************. The order was shipped on July 3. Upon receipt, I noticed the seats delivered were not as advertised on the site. On July 11, I notified the company via email to report the incorrect product delivered and requested a replacement or refund. *** reached me by text message on August 22, ********************************** I did not receive a call, and on September 28, 2023, I again requested resolution, otherwise, I was going to file a claim. *** at Stadium Seat Depot immediately reached out to me by phone (text) and agreed to swap out the seats for 2 single seats that have the correct Candlestick slatted back design as advertised. I felt confident they would resolve the issue and held off on filing a claim.On December 14, I reached out again as I had not received the replacement. I have gone back and forth with *** since last year. I spoke with *** in January of 2024, and he assured me they were working on getting the replacement, and I can send back the original seats delivered. I continued to give the company the benefit of the doubt to deliver on the replacement. I reached out again in February, and requested a refund if the replacement could not be fulfilled. I reached out again in March and requested a refund as I lost confidence in the company being able to provide a replacement. While *** said he would look into in on March 27, 2024, there has been no resolution since.At this point, I have zero confidence Stadium Seat Depot can deliver the replacement as promised. I have been more than accommodating in giving *** and Stadium Seat Depot the benefit of the doubt to resolve the issue as it has been 10 months with zero resolution.I am seeking assistance to simply get a refund as waiting over 10 months for any company is truly unacceptable and bad business let alone poor customer experience.       On October 30, 2023, I purchased feet for 2 stadium seats I already own. My credit card was charged including shipping. An order number was issued (*****) with the confirmation email. That was the end of all communication. I have tried emailing and calling the vendor and I have not received a reply or had anyone pick up my calls.

      The business contacted me last night and has promised to send out the ordered items this week.  My understanding is when ordering feet for stadium chairs you already own, they need pictures in order to insure the feet will fit correctly.  I was never contacted after the initial order so I was unaware they required pictures of the stadium seats.  I have not received the tracking number yet, but have had multiple conversations with the owner.

      I ordered a set of ************** stadium seats on 4/11/23. It is now 8/14/23, and I have received nothing. No one answers the phone number listed on the website, and the mailbox is full. This seems like a scam, and I would either like the seats I ordered or my money back.

      I placed order ***** for RFK stadium seats on November 3, 2022. The products still have not shipped. We have placed multiple calls to the company, and the representative - ***************************** - continually offered excuses. More recently, emails and voice messages have gone unanswered. We are seeking order cancellation and a refund.

      STILL waiting for the seat I ordered in January 16 2023. Order #: *****. I paid $689.74 As per the companys email saying thanks for order if you havent received shipping info by April, call us Ive called multiple times, always getting the runaround. Were behind, *********. Last time I spoke to them (a month ago) they said theyre getting to the wooden seats now and took my order # and said itd be expedited the next week. I think mid July is beyond behind and starting to smell like a scam.

      I ordered a set of "seat feet" from Stadium Seat Depot on May 5, 2023. I paid $149.98. I received the product a couple weeks later. However, the seat feet did not fit the stadium seats I own. I called the Company and spoke with the owner on May 25, 2023. The owner instructed me to send pictures of my seats, with dimensions, and he would get a new set of seat feet made and mailed to me. I would then return the incorrect size seat feet back to the Company in a pre-paid box that would ship with the new seat feet. I sent the pictures, as instructed, that same day.It now June 29, 2023 and I have not received the new feet. I have called the business several times and get no answer and the mailbox is full.I have texted the owner several times and do not get a response other than one time receiving a "Sorry, I can't talk right now."I want the product and would like the correct size to be made and mailed to me, as the owner stated would happen. If this is not an option, then I would like a full refund.

      Been well over a month since seats were purchased from RFK stadium. Of course money was taken for the purchase and a confirmation of order. The problem is zero communication from the company explaining what's going on. I have called a couple times to inquire and all I am told is they are experiencing delays and blames the contractor. But when asked for contact information for the contractor they dont have a number or anything. I then said how come you are not informing your customers of whats going on versus just keeping us in limbo to which he replied we have sent emails and got defensive....No emails were sent and I was rightfully upset to which his response was "Oh I can tell you are from the east coast" I mean what type of business owner talks that way to a customer who has spent money, had the money taken and got nothing in any form of communication as to whats going on...just being left out to wonder
