On 7/18/24 ***** came out to fix an air unit problem. The unit was not blowing out cold air. After the diagnose they found that the unit needed freon. *****'s added 2lbs of freon. After a few days the unit did the same thing. Calling *****'s back and realizing they were closed for the weekend, so I had to call a different company.To make a long story short the unit did not need freon and actually was making the unit work harder and actually had burnt wires and had other issues. Now if they really did the tune as they charged me for, they would have caught the true issue and not charged for freon.Did contact *****'s and waiting on a resolution.
