March 2023 my wife and I paid Atlas transmission cash in hand. They was doing work on my transmission, once the work was done Atlas stated that the work was done and my vehicle was ready for pick up. After my wife gave them the money we test drove the vehicle and notice the is vehicle wasn't working right. after that they refuse to fix the problem and also reused to give me a refund, not even half the money.Business response

We can not find any paperwork with this customers name. We are requesting a copy of their invoice / repair order so we know this customer was serviced at our shop and what work was done.Customer response

The employee *** is who I talked to. Even without the invoice number he knew what I was talking about. I even called back the next day and gave them my wife name ***************************** order #****
