I called in on Saturday 1/6/24 and spoke to **** to price a Boss Spreader actuator and motor. I was told $600 So I asked if that included the tax? **** said it would be $647.00 total out the door with the actuator, motor and shaft.Monday 1/8/24 I called to inform (**********) I was on my way they said ok see you soon! Once I got there **** told me $100.00 over what I was told on the phone Saturday. When I reminded **** what he said he said it was a price increase and started to get loud and rude yelling do you want it or not? Then said I'll do you a favor I'll put it back on the shelf and you can go buy it somewhere else! Race? Ignorance? Lack of business skills? Whatever the case is I wasted nearly 2 hours driving there and back. But I kept my Dignity, my Cool and my CASH! Way to go Genuis send the customer away with $650.00 cash in his pocket! p.s. Thats why the store was empty of customers the day before a major snow storm! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!Review from JON D

Stay far away from this place. Manager verbally assaulted me when I asked the status on my car. The pretended he knew NOTHING about the origins or existence of my car. I was forced to call *** in ************ to get them to find and release my car. I think they were going to try to steal my ***. Worst experience ever.

Please note that this person is putting this on the BBB website 37 weeks after he came into the shop. Also note the guys is prank calling the shop and screaming "your manager is a piece of s**t and you should get a different job" and then hanging up. What he is to ignorant to understand is that his phone number comes up on caller id. I am reposting here my ****** response from 37 weeks ago as I have nothing further to say about this.First off you brought in steps you bought on **** for us to install. When I told you that the box contained no instructions you yelled at me like it was my fault, and told me I needed to figure it out. Then a little while later when you asked another person here how your vehicle was coming and he wasn't aware of what was going on YOU began to get loud with him. The facts here are that we figured out how to install the items you brought, didn't charge you anymore than we first agreed on even after they took us double the amount of time first considered. You got picked up at some point to go to your mothers house while we worked on the *** and this is an email I received from you while we were working on your vehicle." I've alerted *** of the verbal altercation I received when I simply asked about the status of my car. I have also let them know that if you intend to keep the car and not give it back or damage the car in any way they need to know this and have been alerted of this as well. The car is leased under them so I am not responsible of any damage you may do to "their" car while under your care since your manager let me know he knows NOTHING of my car and could care less. Thanks hand I will be await your call on the status of ***'s car. Please let me know if you plan to release the car back to me or keep it I guess *** will have to seek legal ramification at that point. Have a good day **********************."I personally dealt with you myself, treated you with the upmost respect and am not sure why you have said and acted the way you have. Your accused us of having been jealous of you because you are a black man that owns a ***. The fact that you bring race into this discussion says a lot about your character and I have nothing further to say.Anyone with any senses can spot a bad review by a disingenuous person
