I went in to have a vehicle recall done...asked them if they could look at my drivers window and they said yes that's fine. When I left no charges were rendered. They gave me a quote for ****** to have my window motor done. I then proceeded when I made the appointment to ask multiple questions as to why it was expensive. Then they went and told me that it's 130 something for the window motor and 1 hour diag and 1 1/2 hours to put in...my vehicle was in the shop at 7:49 a.m. and done no layer than 9 a.m. that is not the aquire time I was charged for. There was any diag done that day...and it did not take no longer than 1 hour to be in and out. I want my money back because they ripped me off. They also made a claim to my *************** but it was for way way less and was declined. What they are doing is not right and people should never have to go through this.

This location has had my vehicle since May 20, 2022. As of today, August 15th 2022, they still haven't even begun working on it! Almost 90 days at their location and at first was told the delay was waiting on parts. Now being told they have a vehicle repair in front of mine. How!? Someone else had their vehicle there prior to 3 months ago?! I have 4 children and my husband and I have had to drive 2 vehicles everywhere we go due to this inconvenience. With the price of gas, has not been cheap! Need my vehicle back for more space as I am pregnant and due soon! Absolutely disgusted with the service department! We just got word 1 week ago that a rental was available after still waiting for one over 2 months. My vehicle should be done and back to me by now!! It's not even 5 years old and is under warranty!

I bought a 2008 ******** c300 from Hubler **** in Shelbyville. During the test drive ***** the salesman said that they needed to replace one of the back tires and they also needed to have the headlights checked out because the low beams did not come on. We agreed to those items and came back after they were done. When I got in the car the tire pressure lights were on and the check engine. The tire pressure was good so we thought maybe it took a bit for the light to reset. It did not reset and the check engine light caused reduced power. I called back to hubler the next day and spoke to *****. He claimed that they would not have caused the check engine light and was not sure on the tire light. Those lights were on when they said they were all done with the car. I had the car scanned and found that the mass air flow sensor had dirt in it from when the air filters were changed. Hubler changed these filters. I took care of the sensor and moved on. The tire pressure monitor system is still on. I then find that the the brake fluid is low. The brake fluid was low because of a broken brake line. This was not disclosed. Im looking into the headlights that were "repaired" finding that both lights have missing wire insulation in the headlight assembly one was just fixed with wire tape. The passenger side lightbulb retainer clip was not connected to the housing and laying loose in the bottom of the headlight assembly. This is what keeps the headlight bulb from falling out. While getting the brake line fixed I find that when they put the new tires on, they over tightened the lug nuts so the tires do not come off. I called and spoke to the used car sales manager and he said that they will adjust the torque on the tires and look at the pressure monitors but I have to take it back to their location. I live 40 min away and request a closer location. On the headlights, he said since they turned they did their part. They only bandaid to get the car off the lot. Not repair as agreed
