NOV. THE 8TH I went into college motors and filled out an application to get a loan for a car. I got approved for a 2014 equinox white in color. I put down ****** dollars at the same time. I then filled out and signed all the proper paperwork. I had the truck for 2 days. They said that I gave the wrong social security number. I couldnt have because the finance company ran my background on credit karma. I gave the lady my social security card and she put it In the system wrong. So when I went back on the 10th of November 2 days later they tell me it's somthing wrong with my social security number and that I can't leave in the car. So I asked for my money back. The car dealer ***** told me he wasn't giving me. S***. So I have no car and no money. I went back today November the 13th told me to come get my money back and now they still don't wanna return my money. I had the truck for 2 days and they trying to keep my ****** dollars for no reason. But they said they didn't wanna deal with me cause I supposedly gave the wrong social security number but they still was trying to give me the ************ then told them I didn't wanna deal with them anymore and now they still don't wanna return my money to me. Please HELP ME. he told me he was gonna have me banned off the property and all I want is my money.Business response

*************************** came in into to College Motors and did a credit application on November 8th.
She gave the wrong social security number to ****** and then came back in and gave the correct social security number.
The correct social security number changed the deal and the amount I would receive as the dealer and it now was a loss for me which I was not willing to do.
She did have the car for 2-4 days I cant remember exactly how many days.
Her and ***** were involved in a verbal argument and apparently she was upset with ***** and the way he treated her.
We called her after she brought the car back and offered her $400 back for a refund and she agreed!
She came in and picked up the check and cashed it.
We thought everything had been resolved but she told my employees that she didnt like ***** and the way he talked to her and thats why she filed the complaint.
Its very unfortunate that this happened and Im sorry that any of this happened.

I purchased a 2011 ***** avalanche about a year ago with a warranty. I was unaware of the warranty and they did a terrible job explaining everything to a first time vehicle buyer. when i bought the truck there was no lights on a couple days after purchasing lights started coming on starting with a suspension light. Months later a oil light and engine light came on I took it to belle tire to have them look at it. They did an oil change and replace spark plugs and an inspection informing me of oil filter being incorrectly place inside and low oil from when i had an oil change done at ******** They also informed dip stick was reading wrong. So next paycheck i took it back into belle tire to have them look at it they replaced a oil pressure sender and did a brake and rotor change. one month after that i had 4 new tires and another inspection because engine light was on again They replaced a coil pad free of charge and did another oil change free of charge because of the amount of issues i have been experiencing. Couple months after that the check engine and oil light came on again while i was in ********, ******* i bought STP oil treatment and drove home the dealer had it towed all the way to lakeside auto in *************, Michigan. offering help and then i told him that i needed a new engine and quoted it at **** new **** old. He told me no there's no way I'm helping that's outrageous. He then had my truck for 7 weeks before finally bringing it back he returned the truck with a dead battery and my hood left open. I still owe **************************************************************************************************************** assistance with a new engine would be very much appreciated. **************** was given a bill of sale at the time of purchase that he signed along with
an **contract that was sent to his email address showing his warranty info.
He himself took control of the mouse and performed the **contract in front us and he actually
had to review the warranty info before clicking continue on the **contract.
I have tried to help him repeatedly by towing his vehicle to ****************** in *************, *******
to get it diagnosed and I paid the tow bill $200 and ******** fee at Lakeside which was $300.
I have text messages between him and myself where he thanks me for helping him.
**************** was verbally told he had a warranty and currently STILL has an active warranty which I have attached along with the bill of sale.
