on 12/7/2021 I had both vehicles serviced by Finzels. I called and made the appointment for both vehicles: 2012 Silverado at 1 pm, and 2007 explorer at 2 pm. Lady on phone gave a quote of a synthetic blend oil change for both vehicles at $39 each plus a $10 discount coupon for each vehicle which came to a total amount of $58 plus tax. After the service was complete we were charged a total of $115.26. We were told that they used full synthetic oil and that it was more expensive. We told them the price quoted and that was for semi synthetic blend. We were told that according to their records, the last oil change we had there was a full synthetic and that was what they gave us. When we told them that the last oil change was a one-time service, and that all previous oil changes were semi synthetic, they said it didn't matter. We were not going to be reimbursed the difference, and they couldnt help us any further. We had to pay the **** to retrieve our vehicles.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.
Finzels has refunded the difference to us. Please close this complaint. Thank you
