I ended up purchasing a 2015 **** explorer for tipton **** *******, I live in ****. When I had to get my tags I was told they wouldn't collect any sales tax from me because they already did, I got charged another 240 on top of what I had to pay, then I was in a binding verbal contract with the original owner of the vehicle and was stated in front of my sales. When going over my paper work for my title I found that they didn't honor the contract. I was quoted ****** for the vehicle and I ended up getting charged ****** after the sales *** messed up my paperwork originally saying I was from covington Kentucky instead of ****. So when paperwork was fixed the price got changed back to the ******. Also my vehicle is black and they put blue on my paperwork and have extra charges on my paperwork that weren't ever discussed and aren't on my vehicle.

I bought a car 7/11/24 from Tipton ************* I sold them my Buick. They told me theyd mail me my check for selling them my Buick. took over a week and I had to call to get it bc they didnt even mail it. they had to put new tires on the car I purchased and clean it. then 7/23/24 I call bc im driving and all these lights came on and it wont get up and go and they refuse to buy it back or take it back and they said I have to come to their dealer to have their service department look at it and then theyll decide whether or not theyre gonna fix it or if Im going to have to pay to fix it. They know they sold me a lemon car and wont fix it. He claimed its their policy not to buy vehicles they just sold and said the owner is gone until Tuesday. They give me the run around and never return my calls I have to always call them back. They have several reviews on their ****** with similar stories all within the last year. I included what I found inside my door right after they detailed it. They also dont go over everything about the car either. The guy wasnt helpful at all.

On 12/30/23 I purchased a Rav4 from Tipton ***** It had some issues and they promised to repair them. On 1/2/24 the first business day after purchase I notified them it had a rumble and a vibration and that would need repaired for me to keep the vehicle. They stated it would be repaired. On 1/4/24 they picked it up for repairs. It was returned on 1/9/24 still leaking oil and the rumble and vibration remained. They stated they were unable to duplicate the problem. They said they would come back and get the vehicle for further repairs. They cancelled 5 times in January. My Salesman told me on 1/29 he would personally come and get it on 1/30. He did not show up, he stopped returning calls and texts. On 2/7 I spoke with the Sales Manager who promised me if I came back and drove with a mechanic they would repair it. I did that on 2/10/24 and the mechanic stated the vibration and rumble he experienced on the drive would be repaired. It was returned to me on 2/15 still not repaired. More messages, no response. The lawyer handling my auto accident claim sent a letter and that prompted a response. I dropped it off again on 3/30 for a new transmission. They returned it on 4/10 still not repaired. Rumble, vibration. Though they gave me paperwork stating new transmission. A transmission shop in town told me I did not have a new transmission or new fluid and I needed both replaced. They also stated I'm still leaking oil. Which I knew from my garage floor. The lawyer sent a second letter on 4/29. I've left numerous messages, I've sent emails. They are no longer responding to me. Though I don't trust them to actually repair it anyway. They had it three times and just lied about repairing it.Communication dates: 1/2, 1/4, 1/9, 1/10, 1/12, 1/15, 1/16, 1/23, 1/25, 1/26, 1/29, 1/30, 2/2, 2/7, 2/10, 2/15, 2/16, 2/18, 3/30, 4/10, 4/11, 4/16, 4/22, 4/29 No response since 4/10 ***The lawyer is not currently secured for this case. The letters were a courtesy.

On October 25, 2023, we bought a used F-150 from Tipton ***** They withheld information regarding the damage of the truck and it has been out of commission for over a month and a half. We have been in constant communication trying to get this truck fixed through the extended lifetime warranty, but the warranty company (******** Colonial) "lost" our claim. Under the Lemon Law for *******, it ****** that we can file and *** for withholding this information due to it being out of commission for over 30 days. If we do not get answers soon, we will look into taking that route.

I have many complaints and problems due to buying from this dealership I drove over 110 miles multiple times to try and get issues resolved.... every time I even paid for my own ride and gas with a vehicle I purchased not running I am very unpleased with the service I received I was deceived into buying a Camaro when I had asked many times for the service inspection orders that have been done I was neglected the information I asked for twice.. I also knew to bring a friend for support and for the main purpose of providing a witness to all things said and asked of them.. now I'm two months into a vehicle loss due to timing because of mechanical issues nondisclosed to **** asked multiple times for inspections that had been done by them I also asked what the engine light was and told only a faulty oxygen sensor so I trusted their word Well after being rushed thru test driving and signing papers I found that all they did was neglect my consumer rights, I was pushed into buying a vehicle with multiple problems, after them saying only oxygen sensor yeah right 21 engine codes after I got it into shop to have diagnostics ran I got completely scammed I have made 3 trips to talk to them in person I was lucky enough to talk to a used car manager and got hung up on for seeking responsibly for the vehicle they scammed me for. noticed that some things in the paperwork where added without me seeing or even signing for add ons they slippedin I am also suffering from health issues related to internal bleeding and can't get back and forth to drs because a vehicle they claimed to be reliable and dependable for me and my family and is not I'm suffering plenty of loss because of this dealership.no buyers guide sold with vehicle.odometer was different In 4 ways.slipped in add-ons.nondisclosed information.misrepresenting information to fraudulent sale.

I purchased a service contract when I financed the vehicle without my consent. It was an undisclosed add on that was slipped in by the seller. The service contract is still active.

** December of 2021 we purchased a 2015 **** F-250 flatbed truck from Tipton ***** The decision to buy this truck was made because we were offered an extended warranty for ****** or 3 years. Im February of 2023 our transmission went out. I contacted Tipton **** and was told to go through the warranty company. We then had the truck towed, per the warranty companies instructions and the mechanic checked it out, went through their procedures to have it covered and found out that it was not covered because somehow the title didnt show that our **** is a flatbed even though we bought it as a flatbed. Theyre saying that because its a flatbed the warranty is voided. I contacted Tipton **** to try to resolve this and was told that wouldnt be an issue that the warranty is checked by the vin number and that they would make sure that it was handled. Since that time nothing has been handled at all. We are out of pocket $6800 plus for the repairs and the only resolution offered by Tipton **** was a refund of the $3500 price of the extended warranty plus an additional thousand dollars . That would leave us without a warranty and without even enough to cover the repair from the transmission. When we refused that amount they have stopped all communication with us and we are stuck with this bill that we paid and no further information or communication from Tipton ****.

They are falsely advertising prices on their website. When I called, I was told there was a mistake and they would not honor the price that they advertised for a car that I was interested in. After reading through their reviews, it appears that this is common for this business.
