I had two vehicles and a jetski towed all in great condition Once the vehicles arrived the driver stated that due to the haul and bad roads the jetski trailers suspension broke and the jetski could not be rolled

We understand this is a difficult situation and we want all customers to be satisfied with our service. Please note that if the trailer was damaged, Horizon would cover the cost of the damage; however, after analyzing the evidence presented, we do not see this is damage.
The area of discussion is the component failure of the leaf springs on the jet ski trailer. As you can see in the attached photos, the leaf springs on the trailer were badly rusted due to several years of use around salt water. Horizon does cover damage; however, we do not cover component failures during transport.
