I placed an order on line on June 1st. The dollar amount was $113. I received a tracking number on June 2nd.The item was supposed to be delivered in3 to 5 days.I did not receive the item. The tracking number was for Fed Ex. Their system shows a label was created on June 2 but they never received the item.I have called Urban Farmer 3 times and left messages. I have sent their **************** 3 emails using their inquire system. I have never received any replay.Initial Complaint

Transaction was made 4-1-23 for $18 for 25 sweet potato slips. They arrived may 27th totally dried out with barely any viable plant material salvageable. I emailed them immediately and got no response at all. It would be appropriate to get a full refund for the garbage I received but I would at least like other customers to be aware of their practicesInitial Complaint

I placed an order on Jan, 19 2022. The order arrived but items were missing. The packing slip indicated that they had "refunded" the price of one item that was unavailable but made no note of other item not included. A check for $4 (the price of the noted item) was included with the package. I was able to contact Urban Farmer by phone on Jan 26th, 2022 and was told to not cash the check. At the time, ***** said the items that I was due were in stock and would be sent out promptly. I've received no package with my replacement items. Other than the check issued in January I've received no compensation for my missing items. I have not been able to contact the company as their phone service goes directly to a voicemail and they will not respond to several messages I've left for them. Similarly, emails go unanswered.I'm owed $12 for two missing items - Petunia Seeds @ $4 and ***************************** Seeds @ $8. I'm seeking a refund of $12.
