I have a faulty room heater, but cannot contact Vornado by phone because the answering system informs callers that “due to unforeseen circumstances” calls cannot be answered. All other avenues for help [Chat, email, etc] redirect the customer to the phone number. This has been going on for about a week [1/4 - 1/11/2023]. What is happening at Vornado?Review from Carla C

They had a recall on their small irons. I sent mine back months ago. I still have not received my refund. Every time I call, I get the same song and dance. Was even told by a manager that I would have my refund within a couple of weeks. I still have not received it. Customer service is non existent as non of the reps answering the phone can do anything. Not even sure why they are there. Was told, again today, that my info would be forwarded to the dept. handling the refunds and that someone would call me back. If I held my breath for every time I've been told that, I'd be dead 10 times over. I would never purchase another product from this company. Do yourself a favor and find a company to purchase from who take customer care seriously. This place is a joke!Review from Lance W

Their Customer Support team will try to not give you your warranty. I usually have to replace the steamer once a year because it is a cheap Chinese product. I made some jokes one time on the phone and now a customer service rep marked me down as a commercial customer and will not honor the warranties. Which is crazy as I don’t know how anyone could use these products for commercial use as they are made of cheap plastic. Don’t joke around or have a personality at all with the customer service reps as they will find any reason to not honor their broken products.Review from Geraldine B

Do not use this company for steam cleaners. I have second degree burns, have communicated with their reps and am not getting results. I had a warranty and they had me mail back the steamer, yet I do not have a replacement either. I have tried to contact their legal team but you can not get ahold of this company.

Had a Vornado space heater unit for less than a year before it stopped working. Found out that many users have had similar problems and the company has been refusing to remedy any of them, as well as a recall that has now killed people. I guess this is the quality of stuff made in the USA these days. Needless to say, I'm never buying a Vornado product again.
