I bought a car that the dealership said had no problems had good everything on May 4th. And I originally had no issues with the car until after my 1000 miles or 30 days Warranty was up. My vehicle started having a hard time shifting, and sometimes it would even just start to lose power while I was driving the car, the freeway and highway in busy areas.Business response

This customer did get ahold of me after the 30 day or 1000 mile limited powertrain warranty which covers ten percent of parts and labor was up and had expired and asked if i could do anything and i checked to see and asked if they got an extended warranty that i recommended and they didnt think so and i checked and they declined and chose not to purchase extended warranty and so i told them i could recommend a couple of reasonable shops hereand they said car was out of town and they were in process of seeing about where to take car, . also, the customer brought their own people to mechanically check car out, which i said is a good idea and checked out fine for them and went ahead with purchase.
