      I booked an adult entertainer on 2/10/2024. I paid $149 deposit and I received a email confirmation/receipt. My event was on 3/2/2024 so on Sunday 2/25, I emailed them to ask a few questions and discuss a meet up place. I did not get a response so on Monday, 2/26, I submitted a inquiry on their website. I got an automated response from an AI. On Tuesday 2/27, I called and left a message. I got an automated response from an AI. I created another inquiry on their website and received another automated response from an AI. I requested to cancel my event. I received another automated response. On Friday 3/1 (the day before my event), someone texted me to say that they will cancel but I will not be issued a refund. I asked for a refund since no one ever responded to me. The company replied saying that they have had "extensive exchanges" with me. I asked what "extensive exchanges" they were referring to - the string of AI messages? They replied "yes, those extensive exchanges. Sorry you had to cancel. Have a great party otherwise". Because of the lack of communication, I was unsure if they were in business or if they were going to show up. I was forced to find another company to work with. This is not good customer service. I just want my deposit back.

      On March 24th, 2023, I paid a $150 deposit for Omen to send a performer for a bachelorette party. Upon arrival, we gave him another $50 to perform, and another $200 for tip as per company’s request. I wrote the company immediately after he left about a concern over how he touched us without our consent. I informed the business that he was nice and we enjoyed him up until the part where he started grabbing and spanking the ladies aggressively. He at one point put a towel over his mouth and put his mouth on the bride’s ******. The bride was left crying, so I messaged the company after asking for them to warn clients next time in regards to nudity and inappropriate contact. The company told me that we should have told him to stop mid show if we did not like it regardless of being scared. There was a large age and size gap between the performer and the women. He was 42 while some of the girls were just 21. We have chosen a different performer, but the company had sent this one instead based on availability. We were met with disdain upon complaining, then two days later, we learned that he is facing charges for ****** ******* of a minor. We looked further into his record, and found a history of ****** crime. I called the company concerned that they would send an individual with a history of ****** crimes into the home of young women. They were not concerned and denied that it was negligent behavior on their part. I asked them if they do background checks on their in-home performers, and ******* told me it was none of my business how they vet their employees. They said they would not be refunding because my email said we had a nice time up until that point and if we were ******** assaulted, that should be brought to the police not the company. This is not a safe business for women to receive services from. My concern with this company is their complete disregard for the safety of their clients and their lack of accountability for the endangerment of these women.

      Date of transaction was 7/2022. I booked entertainers for my sister's bachelorette party with this organization. I ordered 2 entertainers for the time slot of 10pm. The day before the event I was contacted to move my time slot up to 8-9pm which I agreeded too. The day of the event no one showed up at 8pm. Around 10pm the entertainer himself contacted me stated he was not only double booked but he did not have another dancer to come with him. Which is a problem because I was contacted the day before to confirm a time change at the request of the agency therefore the entertainer shouldn't of been double booked and if there was not a second entertainer available I should of been told that at that time. I informed the entertainer to cancel his appearance due to the fact that our party was over at 11 and guests were leaving. He still arrives at the location after I told him to cancel the booking . His arrival time is after 11 when our party is over. Upon arrival I notice he is not even once of the entertainers I booked. I contacted the merchant and they gave me the run around about giving me a full refund. This organization is advertising everything they do not represent or provide. The lack of professionalism ruined my sister's bachelorette party and is still causing me the customer a major inconvenience. I've reached out to them several times requesting a full refund due to the inconvenience and the fact that I didn't get what I paid for . Instead of them sending me any available entertainer I should of been given the option to cancel. When I threatened to sue them the company shut down the original website and reopened a new one. This company is committing fraud against their clients and it needs to stop!!!

      I booked a Male Stripper for an Event I was Hosting Saturday December 4th. I was offered a choice on the type of Model I wanted, and my selection was **** and ****. I was also told there was no Travel Fee if the Event was held in New York. The Model requested 50.00 and another 20 for travel fees. The Model was not the choice I picked and wasn't even close to my selection. This would be false advertisement. I reached out to The Company Via email and I was told no refunds. The stripper performed maybe 20 minutes got mad and left abruptly. I've uploaded my 2 choices that I selected.
