On May 23rd or there about, I ordered a deliver order of food from Mama China restaurant. Order stated it would arrive in 1 hour. An hour came and went so I called restaurant who stated food was picked up by delivery driver over 20 mins, Restaurant owner stated food was stolen by driver and to contact delivery company. Called TapThru customer service ###-###-#### and was told by agent the money would be refunded within a week. The day after the week waiting period expired, I contacted customer service again and they stated, they would forward the message to the manager, finance and call me back after they get the refund sent. Another week went by and no money was deposited back to my bank account. I called again and was told the same thing as stated above that they would let their manager know and refund the money ASAP and someone would call me when they refund was sent. 3 days go by and still no money deposited. Called back again and was told for a 3rd time the customer service agent would contact the manager, refund my money and someone would call when it was sent. No refund or deposit to my bank account to date. Called again and asked to speak with the manager was not not allowed to speak to anyone higher than the Customer Service agent. Repeatedly asked to speak to a higher up and was given the run around and never allowed to speak to a supervisor or greater. Asked when my money would be refunded because I have called multiple times requesting my money be returned and agent stated she would speak to the manager and someone would call me back and hung up in my face.
