We ordered shirts almost 5 weeks ago and we still have not received anything. They said we will get them last week with fast express shipping and we still have not received the shirts. We called today and they are still not shipped. I’m shocked at all the good reviews. Very disappointed with this brand. We ordered customize jerseys.Review from Michael S

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered jerseys on May 25, for a tournament June 23rd, and paid for 2-3 week delivery. The jerseys came in on Saturday the 23rd after we already left for the tournament. Also, there was a 20% off coupon for the weekend I ordered the jerseys, that Big League Jerseys refused to post. For 15 jerseys, we paid $600 and the total should have been ($75 refund for express shipping that was not received and a $115 discount) $420. Horrible service and will never use them again. Also, being on the board for softball in the area I will make sure that no one uses their services again.Review from Jes G

Zero starts. They steal other people's names and logos and try to sell it off as their own. More recently 7v7 teams. I've notified all teams, they will be contacting them directly to have their merchandise removed. Do not buy from them.Review from Tanner T

Poor customer service. Company sent the wrong jersey's and were tardy with getting me the correct jersey's as they advertise guarantee of receiving team jersey orders within 20 business days. Company wouldn't listen to my concerns on how the incorrect jerseys caused inconveniences to my team. The owner (*****) belittled me with comments via email. When I said I was going to share my concerns with BBB he said, "Good Luck with them, they are a joke." ***** also said, "if this concern is the worst thing that happened to you this month, then your life must be easy." I will not be making any more purchases from this company.Review from Mary H

They have several shirts on their website and say they will customize them but they would not. I wanted *** in plain letters and the guy said he will not put *** on shirt. When asked why, he had no answer. I wanted *** because it is the country I live in. I find it hard to believe that plain block letters *** are somehow prohibited or "owned" by anybody that would prohibit a US citizen from displaying them as their 1st ammendment right on a shirt. This place must have gone "woke" along with some of their clients. Too bad.Review from Luis I

This company is a complete fraud. They advertise that any changes could be made to any design they have. I asked for a design and I was told that they couldn't make that design because it had logos of a company they do business with. I totally understand up to that point. I told them to remove those two logos and I get a nasty email from the owner telling me they will not make any jerseys for me to quit calling and emailing them. I guess he got upset when I called them out that they were selling a jersey on their website which is not allowed to be sold. The jersey can only be earned if you go to an International Tournament. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
