I hired this company to come take a look at my septic tank. I want sure where it was, so after hiring a plumber to put a camera down it they got to work. They soon discovered that the plumber had missed the mark. They ended up digging up the line and tracing it to the septic tank. They also put another clean out in the middle. They were then going to pump, I'm not sure they did that or filled the tank to see if it were operational. They told me they were going to come out, put it on risers, and then pump and make sure it was operational. I know someone did come back but were mostly interested in obtaining my metal pile as he was a scrapper. I'm not sure at that point of he pumped the tank, but I doubt it because it is now backing up worse than before. He also left the septic tank uncovered/ exposed. I have tried to get a return call in as many ways as I can think of- email. Contact form, Facebook, phone calls to his cell, messages with his assistant. All to no avail. He will not return my call. I'm in a mess because we can't use anything that needs to drain like the toilet without a mess in the house and he's left me like this going on for over a month. I was quoted $600 originally, but I know they had to dig so I was ok with the $1950 but not if I can't even use the toilet.
