10/5/2023 I paid an $100.00 deposit for teeth extraction. I arrived at my appointment on 10/8 the dentist was unable to pull my teeth because of nerve endings. They were supposedly to call me and set up an appointment with the oral surgeon. Within a weeks time. That never happened so I requested a refund. They told me they had to request a refund and call me back. I never received a call back. I also emailed and didn’t receive an email back. I posted a review on their website and they called me back an hour later and told me my refund was in the mail and I should receive it in 7-10 business days. This was October 19th. We are fast approaching a month with no refund and no update when I call.

We agreed with them to $43.60 per tooth to be extracted. Plus a $50.00 copay. They were strictly informed to take the teeth that were cutting into the tongue and the two teeth in the front. ****** has tongue and throat cancer and those teeth were cutting into the tongue which is to be removed on March the 28th at KU. They removed two teeth and the front and left the most jagged teeth on the side that are cutting into the tongue they remove teeth and took roots that could have been left and removed the teeth that were causing the extra problem to the tongue. This was of utmost importance to his health because they are removing the tongue and rebuilding it now he is left with the initial teeth that were causing the cutting into the tongue Plus they overcharged what they had agreed upon this before the visit today March the 17th 2023.

The teeth that were extracted per the care plan. The patient as charged the amount the insurance didn't cover according to the care plan, however as of today insurance covered more than we expected and there is a credit on the account. We would love for the customer to come back and get more dental work or come in and start the refund process.

I was seen on 09/03/2021. They did such a horrible job filling my tooth that I had to come back for them to rework on the filling. They told me that my bill was paid in full after I made a payment and that the second visit was not charged due to their mistake. Well now over a year goes by and they say I owe them money and that the person that did billing is no longer with them so they sent a new bill out on 11/30/2022 for charges on 09/03/2021. This is malpractice. I called and the lady who answered was so rude and hung up on me without explanation of charges.

The customer has balance due for services rendered September 3rd 2021. This was a cleaning, exam and xray appointment. Her panoramic xray was not covered by her insurance. The repaired filling was not charged to her.
